My creative space

My creative space this week, aka 3/101 things to do with a Martha Stewart snowflake cutter

Bunting (of course)

Gift tags

Westling balls

Yes, it's early, but if I'm to catch the cheap-by-ship post to the UK I need to get cracking!

  1. I absolutely love the bunting - it will look gorgeous for Christmas :-) Great minds think alike - I did a very similar thing with luggage tags and a snowflake punch last year. I didn't realise paper-based baubles were called Westling balls, I've learnt something today!

  3. I don't know that they are Jem, I just call all christmas balls that hang on the tree westling balls, paper, glass, whatever.

  6. Christmas. Augh, I know I should be thinking about it as well. I have dipped my toe in the water (read as half started ideas), but you are a better person than me! I need to try harder:) Cyndy

  8. Yay! Does that mean it's not too early for Christmas based posts? I've been holding off...

I have a snowflake die cutter, but a punch is actually a lot more practical and doesn't involve as much elbow grease.

I just did a similar bunting with a heart punch and sheet music.

  11. They look really sweet. And yes, I remember all the Christmas stuff started early at our house when i was growing up too, to get everything send to the English cousins it needed to be.

  12. WOWZA!! So. organised.

This has inspired me! Must get cracking on my sisters gift in the UK. Every year she gives me something and every year I don't return the generosity. I vowed this year to be forward thinking!!

    Thanks!
